How it works

Six terrains. One pipeline.

Each stage takes the video higher — ice to galaxy. Approval gates between every one. Scroll through.

01
Ground Ice
Stage 01 of 06

Script

Paste the script. Claude breaks it into scenes, shots, and full cinematography — camera angle, lighting, composition, character isolation per frame.

02
Frozen Lake
Stage 02 of 06

Characters

Six-view character sheets — the identity anchor that locks every subsequent shot. Front, three-quarter, side, back, close-up, full body.

03
Mountain Base
Stage 03 of 06

Keyframes

Per-shot reference images, character-anchored. Vision-AI scores every frame against the sheet; below threshold auto-retakes with a strengthened prompt.

04
Summit
Stage 04 of 06

Video

5-second clips per shot via Kling or Veo, animated from the locked keyframe. Auto-retake on motion drift. Frame-by-frame QA at 0.5s / 2.5s / 4.5s.

05
Sky Flight
Stage 05 of 06

Audio

Voiceover via the ElevenLabs API — per-character voice ID, speaker detection, native-script transliteration. Background score via Suno.

06
Galaxy
Stage 06 of 06

Assembly

FFmpeg stitches every clip with its voiceover and score into a finished, downloadable HD video. One file out.

Why it matters

Built for production scale.

Speed
~0 min

Per 60-second video, end to end. Google Flow runs 2–4 hours. Manual agency: 12–18 days. At 1,000 videos per month, that's 100 producer-hours of review instead of 6,000 production-hours.

Quality
86–0/100

Five vision-AI gates score every keyframe against the locked character sheet — face 40%, clothing 25%, body 15%, critical markers 20%. Below threshold the route auto-retakes with a strengthened prompt.

Cost
0% cheaper

≈ ₹3.1L on Scivo vs ≈ ₹40L manual at 1,000 videos/month. Multi-provider routing picks the cheapest viable model per shot — fal.ai → fluxapi → kie.ai → on through every fallback before failing.

The category

The only pipeline of its kind.

Runway, Pika, Kling — one 5-second clip at a time. No story, no characters, no audio, no assembly. HeyGen does avatars. Synthesia does corporate. Google Flow comes closest, but it's locked to Veo at $250/month.

Scivo is the only platform combining script → scene → clip → assembly with character consistency, vision-AI quality gates, and multi-provider cost orchestration — routing across Claude, FLUX.2, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs and Suno.

The team

Built solo. Piloting with Vidrow.

Designed and built by Nihal — solo, in roughly two months. First pilot client: Vidrow, a creative marketing agency from IIT Kanpur, running Scivo as their AI video-production engine.
